Who she is?
Kelly L. Rogers, a native of North Carolina, for many years has been known and called a marketplace prophet positioned as an Accountant/Business Consultant for, The Ultimate Choice Group and Tax Strategist for Great Taxes and Payroll. Ministry comes first, to her, and she credits all of her work, knowledge and wisdom to God. She states "Everything I have ever known, came from him. There were times I didn't realize I knew or had the information I carried, until I opened my mouth. That is how I knew it was God, and not me!" Bringing ministry to the marketplace has allowed her to help her clients get ahead in their endeavors, work through setbacks and gain strategies for their "next".
Many clients have thanked her for her assistance during the pandemic, which allowed them to keep their businesses open and afloat. Kelly L. Rogers goals are to reach lives and help those she meet, according to how God has given the assignment. She has committed her life to helping people find a way out of difficult situations. No matter the situation, Kelly is anointed to help others remain hopeful and driven toward change.
Kelly has a mandate to help restore the hope/ drive that may have been lost. Kelly's heart is to do the works she has been commissioned, according to the way God has purposed, whether approved by man, or not. Kelly L. Rogers is a well of resources, using her knowledge, business strategies, and prophetic insight to be an agent of change. She is an everyday seed sower, a kingdom Philanthropist, and willing to lend a hand whether through word, service, or deed.
Kelly L. Rogers is the owner of 5 successful businesses and 1 nonprofit. She has also recently embarked on a new journey, writing courses and training other entrepreneurs how to access wealth. Kelly is an accomplished Business Strategist equipped to propel the believer forward in their endeavors.
Although Kelly has had multiple successful businesses for over 15 years. She only used business as a way to financially create places for people to live, go through transition, and get on their feet. She is committed to providing away for others to obtain things that they would have never known they could achieve on their own.
Kelly made a promise to God that she would continue to do the work of ministry at all cost and God birthed out businesses that would help her do it. If it was up to Kelly, she would have never started business, or continued...but looking back.... she wouldn't trade it for the world.
Kelly Rogers is a business woman who came from Roxboro, NC and is currently residing in Arizona. She knows how to balance between family and work. She is ready to uplift the high baggage of both family and business. She is very confident at her work. She gained respect as a formidable business woman as she should convey assertiveness. She is rational at the time of taking critical comments. She knows how to handle criticism in a good way. She is very positive minded and organized. She works everything in an organized way. Features
Kelly Started business part time as a travel consultant, dating back to 2005. She learned how to get significant discounts and networked with Rental property owners to offer their rentals through her company. With trials, errors, long hours and not the pay, she wanted, she decided to come out. To this day, people constantly reach out to her asking for assistance or direction with their travel bookings.
In 2011 Kelly became temporary ill with H1N1 as it hit the nation. Prior to that she spent many days and hours getting procedures and having appts dealing with issues in her body that the doctors couldn't figure out. Due to her health issues, she lost her job. With nothing to lose, she began preparing taxes as a contractor, which 2 years later lead her into opening her own tax business, called Great Taxes and Payroll. That started in 2012.
Through the tax business and her struggles, she realized it was apart of her ministry. Daily she helped strangers and talked with stranger who may not have became clients, but were able to allow her to assist them in many other ways, along with mentoring. Not only did she help file taxes and do Payroll for small businesses, but she helped clients become business owners, helped some revamp their business, and also helped clients to purchase houses, cars, get jobs, and more. She thought many times of leaving the business industry. Her goal wasn't to be a business owner, for herself. It was to have the income that would support her own services she wanted to give, by way of a transitional house and institution....and for those reasons, she decided to stay!
In 2017 The Ultimate Choice Group was birthed out of the tax business. Majority of her clientele were business owners coming from all types of industries. They called her on a regular for insight, assistance, business registration, and more. She received the name because The Ultimate Choice for her was choosing God, and allowing him to give her direction with each client.
In 2019 Kelly's business took another turn. She found herself helping clients become home and land owners. She also found her self helping families get on their feet, more than often. It had been a part of her ministry for years, and people were coming to her as if it was a business. Due to her always wanting to keep confidentiality of everyone she met, she never vocalized what she was doing.
Her funds were also limited due to working from her own accounts. By knowing she wasn't doing this out of her own strength, in 2020 there were 2 businesses and 1 nonprofit, which came from it. Chapter 1(nonprofit), which helps families get on their feet and start over in life. Chapter 1, From the Beginning, which allows her to have rental properties to help families that are working with little income, and a home for women and children. Lastly Chapter 1, Starting Over which allows her to help people become land owners and home owners. Through these businesses, she has connected with leaders, realtors, brokers, financing companies and more who are also committed to see individuals become owners. She has been very passionate about these businesses and her nonprofit because she understands having to start over, from scratch, on several occasions. Her hopes is to be an outlet for those going in circles and needing someone that can support them as they transition out.
In 2021 she was becoming burnt out, with business. There was a heavy weight coming from people's needs, that she felt she couldn't carry, and her finances were steady suffering from her heart to give. Just when she wanted to walk away, God said, "No, I have something else!" With understanding both sides of the business she knew how it felt not having the support, needing the support, and financially not being able to pay for the assistance. That's when A.V.A(Advanced Virtual Assistant) was born. It was a way to offer business owners, full time virtual staff, for a fraction of the price.
In 2022, Kelly decided to go back into bookkeeping by contracting with local bookkeeping companies. Later in April, of 2022, she ventured into her newest business venture, as a broker agent. She named her lasted business after her heart, her mother, and called it EJ Freights. As Kelly continues to press forward into new endeavors, she tales all she has learned with her, knowing she wasn't placed in the market for just money, but for Wealth and ministry, and FINALLY she has accepted who she was created to be. As she continues to use every avenue to give back.
